We perform full concerts as part of community events, music series, workshops and worship services. Additionally, during the holiday season, we book ensemble performances for corporate parties, holiday festivals and religious celebrations. Learn more about Holiday Ringers.

Booking costs

Our prices range greatly depending on the venue, type of event and scope of performance. We can respond with a quote for the cost of your event, or you can give us a budget and we can design within that framework.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and volunteer ensemble, you can be assured that your booking costs will go solely toward advancing professional handbell music in the Pacific Northwest!

December events: Please note that the holiday season can fill up very quickly, so the sooner you are able to get a request in to us — even if you don’t know all the details yet — the more likely we will be able to accommodate your request.
