As a nonprofit, Bells of the Cascades is committed to supporting and expanding the performance of innovative handbell music. With the launch of Rose City Ringers, we’re training the next generation of advanced handbell ringers, while the creation of the Holiday Ringer ensembles has allowed us to bring handbell performances to more audiences than ever.
