Robyn Heerlein
(Education Committee Chair)
Robyn has been a member of BOC for just over 1 year. She has played in
Vancouver First Church of God Hallelujah Bells for 26 years. She
loves playing the piano, singing, and is involved in the Sanctuary Choir,
Vancouver Singing Christmas Tree and various ensembles at her church. She was raised
in a singing family, the daughter of a Pastor and a Teacher, and so has been around music her whole life. She has been married to Don for 37
years and is Mom to: son, Logan, 26 and daughter, Lauren, 22. Babysitting granddaughter, Gwendolyn, is Robyn's main "job" for three days
each week and now Brody, born June, 2008, has joined the family.
She was recently on the board and volunteered for many years with
Shared Hope International.
SHI fights human sexual trafficking around the
world. Robyn was privileged to visit
Mumbai,
India for the wedding of one of the girls rescued from the brothels.
